Enables viewing of ticket count overview. Please read carefully. Click example images to display full size version in new tab/window.

Click the icon to display the search filters. Here you can filter by department, date range and set the display type to either day or month.

Enables report view to be exported to CSV. If filters are used, csv will mirror the filters.
